Course completion requirements

All seminar participants (online and workshop) must complete the course in full and attend the entire session in order to receive any continuing education credit. No partial credit will be given. Please note, the recorded lecture will only be accessible to registered attendees. Only participants attending the live seminar are eligible to receive CE credits. You must complete the evaluation survey for the hands-on lecture or seminar you attended in order to receive your CE certificate.

How will I receive my CE certificate and when?

You will receive an email containing your CE certificate. Follow the simple directions to view, print, and save your certification. You will not need to create an account; you will receive direct access at the email address you provided when you registered. Generally, you will receive your CE certification within 10 days after the seminar, but in some cases, it may take up to 21 calendar days. Please note you will have to click on the link to be able to view, print, and save your certificate.

What should I do if I have not received my certificate?

If you have not received your certificate, please check your “junk mail” folder first. If you cannot locate the email you may submit a request below. Please only submit a request if your certificate has not arrived in the 21-day period.
